At homiqi.co, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products tailored to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our items, our refund policy differs from standard products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Standard Products (Non-Customized):
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Refunds require proof of purchase.
Custom Products (Made-to-Order):
General Rule: Custom products (e.g., personalized engraving, bespoke designs) are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or materially different from the ordered specifications.
Exceptions:
Defective/Damaged Items: Full refund or replacement (including return shipping costs).
Specification Mismatch: If the product does not match agreed specifications, we offer a full refund or re-production.
Cancellation Before Production: If cancellation occurs before design and production starts, a full refund is issued. Once design and production begin, no refunds will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Items
Custom products (unless defective/damaged/mismatched).
Gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items.
Products altered, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Process for Requesting a Refund

Order number, photos/videos of the issue (e.g., defect), and a detailed explanation.
Assessment: We may request additional evidence or arrange a third-party inspection for complex cases. Response within 5 business days.
Return Shipping: For approved returns:
Standard Products: Customer pays return shipping.
Defective/Custom Mismatch: We cover return shipping via prepaid label.
Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
